There is overwhelming evidence that Rabbi Ron Hendler, Rabbi Gidon Fox, Rabbi Dovid Baddiel of the Johannesburg Beit Din (Jewish Court) and Chabad Rabbi Haller are all involved in promoting fake conversions of non-Jews and are permitting non-Jews with no conversions into their Yeshivas. Specifically, Yeshiva College permitted Mikayla Thomas (alias Shoshana David) to attend their school for the last 2 years, she is not Jewish and neither is her mother Charisse (alias Chaya David) who is flaunting a fake conversion from Israel. When Rabbi Dovid Haller was confronted on how the father of Charisse (Jeffrey Anthony David) could receive the Levi aliyah at his synagogue, he is not Jewish, the Rabbi refused to answer. (see Blog on Rabbi Haller). Then it was reported to both Rabbi Hendler and Rabbi Baddiel that the David Family were impersonating Jews in order to receive financial support from the Jewish community. This family has received substantial loans, mortgage payments and supplies of food all under the guise of being Jewish, they are not.
In addition, both daughters of Jeffrey Anthony David, Charisse (alias Chaya) and Nadine (alias Mushky) have placed their daughters in Jewish schools. These children will grow up in the Yeshiva System and eventually marry, giving birth to non-Jewish children and victimizing unsuspecting Jewish members of the Johannesburg Community. Even more shocking, the head of the Beit Din (Jewish Court) Rabbi Gidon Fox was sent multiple emails with concrete evidence that these non-Jewish children are in the Yeshiva schools. For 3 months he has done absolutely nothing to protect the Jewish Community. Instead, he has refused to acknowledge or respond to the people who have reported this scandal. He did not like the pornographic pictures of Charisse (alias Chaya David) being filmed as you can hear multiple children screaming in the background. He found these images distasteful and offensive, blocked the person who reported this crime and refuses to inform the community at large. He is actually protecting the non-Jewish David Family at the expense of the innocent children and families at Yeshiva College. Charisse (alias Chaya David) is not kosher, she does not keep the Torah, she has filmed herself over 30 times in pornographic situations to lure married men and at least 2 of these individuals have come forward to report the affairs. She in particular is dangerous and seduces married men for money even using extortion as a means to her end. The Rabbis know all of this and permit these non-Jewish children in the Yeshiva Schools. They are allowing the Jewish children to interact with this family on a daily basis and in the privacy of their homes where they may be exposed to the most outrageous behavior. The Rabbis simply refuse to compromise their own agenda, which is profiting from the conversion programs.
Furthermore, the Beit Din is not following any of the virtues professed on their own website. There is zero transparency as they refuse to comment on this scandal whatsoever or allow a public investigation. They purport a 2 year program for Jewish conversions, however they are contemplating giving Jewish conversions to these children so that they may remain in the schools. It is not ethical to give conversions to young non-Jewish children who live in homes where there is no Torah, no Kosher food, the parent is not legally converted in Jewish Law; and the parent is also involved in illicit sexual behavior with married men while children are playing in the home with the housekeeper. This is entirely ludicrous. Below you may read the message from Rabbi Hendler claiming they turned the David Family away from any conversions and the letter Rabbi Fox totally ignored. This is inexcusable and grounds to forcibly close the Beit Din.
