After numerous complaints about the fraud perpetuated by the school’s principal Dina Unterslak, Yeshiva College finally removed Shoshana David, alias Mikayla Thomas. There has been no explanation given by Ron Hendler, a member of the Beit-Din Of Johannesburg, who authorized Unterslak to admit the Non-Jewish child, nor has Unterslak explained how the child’s school records were forged, changing Mikayla’s name to Shoshana without a court order. Shoshana was permitted to attend the Orthodox Jewish school for over 2 years, seamlessly weaving her way into the Jewish community. This was specifically created by her mother Charisse (Chaya) as part of a sophisticated scheme by the David family to create a backdrop under which they could solicit loans and business investments as part of the Jewish Community. To date, millions were fraudulently acquired and nothing has been repaid. Evidence supports that Rabbi Ron Hendler along with Dina Unterslak voluntarily participated in the scheme in return for financial gain. The David family under threats of angry investors were forced to flee the “Genesis” building where they lived in the heart of the Jewish Community of Johannesburg to an unknown location.
