It has now been released that Chaya David lost a lawsuit launched by her first husband Paulo DeGouveia, suing her for misappropriating child support monies and committing fraud. Bank records revealed that Mr DeGouveia paid millions in child support, approximately 20,000 per month. In reality, it was proven that his daughter Montana received a mere five percent of that money. The remainder of the child support was used to purchase lingerie, body waxes, manicures and expensive car leases for Chaya. As a result, the judge became so overwhelmed by the evidence and blatant abuses that he canceled all further support. Chaya David is still facing lawsuits for the fraudulent denial of contact to the grandparents of her youngest daughter Shoshana (Mikayla). She also defrauded her third husband for several millions through fake business ventures.
