Ephraim Stern of Firzt Realty has now successfully sweet talked the unsuspecting Jodi Shneier to join his team. Jodi has an illustrious real estate career spanning over two decades, most recently leaving Sotheby’s International to join some of the most unethical people in the Johannesburg realty biz, Stern and Firzt are the absolute worst! Ephraim Stern comes from Bloemfontein with no formal education or experience in real estate, owning a nightclub until recently. Stern is impulsive and abusive having his relationships terminated by his ex-wife Anat Michaeli and long time girlfriend Tamar Dakes, who is actually the niece of Firzt owner Denese Zaslansky. Stern then set his eyes on Chaya David, the wife of Michael Crane, who he now flaunts about town as a trophy. Mr. Crane has been threatened with bodily harm as well for merely defending his family. As far as business tactics, Ephraim Stern at Firzt Realty has demonstrated a clear pattern of partnering with people to then dismiss them as unhelpful and retaining their percentage of the commissions under the helm of Zaslansky. He started with Tamar and then stole commissions from two additional colleagues shortly thereafter, a lawsuit against Stern and Firzt will be issued shortly.
The person responsible for bringing this white trash into the Johannesburg community is Rabbi Rodel of Chabad Norwood. Ephraim Stern seized the opportunity to start his life over as a Religious Jew, not to serve the Torah or God, but as a surreptitious entrance into an unsuspecting, trusting Jewish community with a lot of money. Please do not let changing his name from Eric to Ephraim, the kippah and kosher lunches fool you. Any Jew who manipulates people, lies to their face, yields a gun to threaten the weak and declare his dominance, steals parnasa and then a person’s wife, these sub-humans are dangerous. These are imposters not Torah Jews. The Jewish community must protect themselves from this disease.
